Wondergirl, in awe of Superlek’s brilliant annihilation of Takeru at ONE 165, said, “It was so impressive.”

Superlek Kiatmoo9, the Thai superstar who won the flyweight kickboxing world championship for ONE, is receiving accolades from Nat “Wondergirl” Jaroonsak. This comes after the Thai superstar performed yet another performance that will be remembered for generations at the main event of ONE 165, which took place on January 28.

The Jaroonsak Muaythai and Southside Mixed Martial Arts athlete has been a huge fan of “The Kicking Machine” for as long as she can remember, and the same can be said about Takeru Segawa, who was his dance partner inside the Ariake Arena last week.

Despite this, the 24-year-old acknowledges that she would have wanted to see the Japanese athlete get things off to a lovely start against the ever-excellent Thai dynamo. The promotional bow of “The Natural Born Crusher” was held in Tokyo, Japan, and there was a lot of excitement around it.

Unfortunately for the three-time K-1 world champion, he was defeated by a striking clinic of the greatest degree. This was something that ‘Wondergirl’ summed up entirely in a single word: impressive.

While addressing The AllStar prior to her fight against Dayane Cardoso at ONE Fight Night 19, the Thai fighter made the following statement:

“He definitely possesses a high level of intelligence when it comes to fighting. His intelligence extends to Muay Thai as well. It is all that he requires. Knees, elbows, and kicks are all used. He has such a strong command over the ring and other things like that.
He went on to say:

As far as kickboxing is concerned, I was under the impression that Takeru was better used to the regulations of the sport. I was under the impression that he would carry all of that. But on the other hand, Superlek performed an outstanding job. What a remarkable feat it was!

Wondergirl looks to bounce back inside the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium

Nat ‘Wondergirl’ Jaroonsak is in need of a statement when she returns to the ring on February 16 for ONE Fight Night 19, as she has canceled all of her matches in 2023.

In a strawweight mixed-rules battle, the two-time Thailand Muay Thai champion squares off against Dayane Cardoso. The conflict is ruled by mixed rules.

In a manner that is reminiscent of the instant classic that Demetrious Johnson and Rodtang Jitmuangnon created at ONE X in March 2022, her four-round fight will shift between Muay Thai and mixed martial arts frames.

A draw will be declared in the event that neither of the competitors is able to obtain a knockout or a submission during the competition.

In the evening of February 16, fans in North America who have an active subscription to Amazon Prime Video will be able to watch the complete ONE Fight Night 19 event live and for free during primetime in the United States.
