ONE strawweight world champion Jarred Brooks thinks that Filipino fighter Jeremy Miado would meet the same fate as former division king Joshua Pacio if they face one other in the future. Brooks predicts that this will occur if the two of them fight.
This was mentioned by “The Monkey God” in a recent interview that he did to ONE Championship. In the conversation, he discussed a variety of topics, one of which was Jeremy Miado, who is one of the fighters in the division who is presently on a winning run.
The American champion, who is 30 years old, said:
“Although [Miado] is quick with his jab, I am quick with my counters. If you didn’t see that when Joshua Pacio was fighting me, I hit him anywhere from two to three times every time he tried to hurl something at me.
Jarred Brooks won the ONE Strawweight World Title in his most recent bout, which took place in December. He defeated Pacio by unanimous decision, demonstrating a formidable mix of hitting and wrestling to earn the victory.
He is currently sizing up potential competitors for the title, such as ‘The Jaguar’ Miado, 30, who is scheduled to compete the following week at ONE Fight Night 11 on Prime Video in Bangkok. The event will be streamed live on Prime Video.

Mansur Malachiev, a newbie to ONE Championship who hails from the talent-rich province of Dagestan in Russia, will be looking to disappoint him. Malachiev is a fighter who has never been defeated.
