Jackie Buntan is now prepared to begin her hostile takeover at the strawweight level. “I want to solidify my name in this division,” she said.

The output of Boxing Works Despite the fact that Jackie Buntan, who is now 26 years old, has already achieved a significant number of outstanding victories within the Circle, she still has a great deal more to cross off her list of accomplishments in the realm of combat sports.

Beginning in the early part of 2021, Buntan made her debut in the ONE Championship. Along the way to achieving her first opportunity to compete for a ONE global title, she won victories over Nat “Wondergirl” Jaroonsak, Ekaterina Vandaryeva, and Daniela Lopez.

At the 156th installment of the ONE Championship, she competed against Smilla Sundell, a teen sensation who holds the title of ONE strawweight Muay Thai champion, however she ultimately did not succeed in winning the fight.

Despite the setback, Buntan was able to recover and win consecutive matches against Amber Kitchen and Diandra Martin, who is a prominent figure in Australia.

In a recent interview with Sportskeeda MMA, Buntan made it clear that she has a great deal more work to do before her time in the sport comes to an end. Although it has been nine long months since her last bout, she has made it clear that she has a lot more work to do.

“I still have a lot of things that I want to accomplish within my own division,” Buntan said. “I want to win the belt, I want to defend that belt multiple times, and I want to establish my name as a leader in this division.”

Jackie Buntan is prepared to make 2024 one of her most active years within the Circle. She has declared her intention to engage in combat at least three times before the year comes to a close. This comes after she took a significant break in order to further strengthen her extensive skill set.

The next thing that Buntan said was, “To tell you the truth, I’m looking forward to an active year in my career in fighting.” I’m hoping that I’ll be able to compete in three fights this year. I am prepared to receive the blessings and the results of my efforts, which include all of the work that I have been putting in over the last year and all of the work that I will continue to put in. I am ready to reap the fruits of my labor now.
