“Everyone has a price,” say fans in response to Merab Dvalishvili’s declaration that he will challenge Aljamain Sterling for $10 billion.

Aljamain Sterling and Merab Dvalishvili, who are renowned for their close connection, have been working out together on the Serra-Longo Fight Team for a long time.

Dvalishvili, who is now on a 10-fight winning streak, will inevitably run across his friend and fellow UFC bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling. The Machine has made it obvious that he would not challenge Sterling, a decision that Dana White vehemently disagreed with.

Dvalishvili recently mentioned a very improbable number of money that may force him to face “Funk Master” during an interview with Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour. The bantamweight aspirant from Georgia said:

“Maybe they have to pay $10 billion if they want me to fight Aljo. If so, I will be prepared.
MMA A wide range of responses to Dvalishvili’s most recent remarks emerged on Twitter. While some predict that “The Machine” will face Sterling for enough cash, others place a pretty low value on that sum. The majority of followers appear to be upset with Merab Dvalishvili for avoiding a fight with his “buddy,” a fan wrote. a reader wrote:

“Merab has incredible skill, but this nonsense is impeding his career. The quote “I don’t want to fight Aljo because he is my friend” made him renowned at this time. Alter your weight class or join a different organisation. No MMA fan loves to hear this crap.”

Reiterating his position on the Aljamain Sterling fight is Merab Dvalishvili

In the main event of UFC Las Vegas last weekend, Merab Dvalishvili defeated former champion Petr Yan by majority decision. Dvalishvili ruled out a title fight unless Aljamain Sterling moves up a weight class in his post-fight interview.

Dana White publicly criticised Dvalishvili’s stance, calling it a terrible idea. ‘The Machine’ anticipates Sterling to go up to featherweight after two more championship defences, which he is ready to wait out. Nevertheless, Dvalishvili is emphatic that he will not fight ‘Funk Master. The 32-year-old added to Ariel Helwani as follows:

“I like to wait. Yan beat Sandhagen before I beat Yan. Aldo already defeated “Chito” Vera, but I beat him. I don’t need to demonstrate why I’m superior to those guys. I’d like to wait.
