Recent allegations of gender assault against cisgender women by transgender MMA fighter Fallon Fox were made by Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy. Prior to coming out as transgender in public in March 2013, Fox made her professional MMA debut in May 2012 and engaged in two fights. In five of her six fights, she has prevailed.Ramaswamy attacked “The Queen of Swords” in a series of tweets and charged her with “violence against women.” The Republican candidate for president uploaded video of Fox’s conflict with Ericka Newsome from the CFA 10 occasion in March 2013 and said
“A biological male breaks the skull of a woman. This was once referred to as violence against women. We now refer to it as a transgender rights win. After that, pay attention to the “woman’s” voice. In our nation, the trans cult is a mental health plague that must end.The combatant in the video Ramaswamy shared isn’t Fallon Fox, who previously cracked Tammika Brent’s skull during a battle in September 2014. Transgender MMA fighter: Joe Rogan on Fallon Fox competing against cisgender women
While the argument over whether or not biologically male fighters should be permitted to compete against cisgender women is still a hot topic in the MMA world, Joe Rogan made an effort to maintain objectivity and offered a nuanced viewpoint. The Joe Rogan Experience (JRE) podcast’s presenter claimed he detested transgender fighters who dishonestly concealed their identity and background prior to fights.
Rogan discussed Fallon Fox concealing her past while competing as a woman on an episode of his podcast (JRE #1895) with American Republican activist Matt Walsh and said:
Fallon Fox, a transgender boxer, “competed… As a woman, beating the f**k out of these women and trying to say that it was just a medical procedure,” while concealing the fact that they were naturally male.
Rogan went on to say that he had no issue with transgender women fighting cisgender women if they agreed to it. He declared:
‘Hey, I was biologically male but now identify as a female. Would you like to fight?’ a transgender athlete would ask someone. And they continue to respond, “Yes, go ahead, have fun.”
