WATCH: Sam-A Gaiyanghadao teaches his daughter how to fight in front of the camera

Published:

One of the most recognizable fighters in “The Art of Eight Limbs” is Sam-A Gaiyanghadao, who competed in kickboxing and Muay Thai before winning the ONE strawweight title in both disciplines. However, at the end of the day, the world-famous superstar, who is 39 years old, is most pleased of the fact that he is the father of two lovely girls.

In a sweet video that was uploaded on Instagram and shared by ONE Championship Thailand, Sam-A brought the best of both worlds together. The illustrious boxer was observed taking a break from his rigorous training in order to play the part of an enthusiastic supporter instead.

The former Olympic athlete and world champion in two sports could be seen beaming with satisfaction as he cheered on one of his children, who was hitting the pads aggressively just like her father did when he was her age.

Take a look at it:

That is possibly the most virtuous content that has ever been published after Father’s Day.

Because he took part in the very first Muay Thai match in the history of ONE Championship, the mighty Sam-A obviously does not require any sort of introduction. At the ninth installment of ONE Friday Fights, which took place in March of 2018, the multiple-time world champion made a successful comeback by knocking out Ryan Sheehan with a beautiful left cross.

Now, he has the chance to settle the score with Prajanchai PK Saenchai on the stacked event that will be featured at ONE Friday Fights 22 on June 23. Sam-A has the opportunity to avenge a prior loss he suffered at the hands of a fellow Thai citizen, and he also has the chance to relive his glory days in Lumpinee Stadium by emerging victorious and becoming the interim strawweight world champion.

However, completing the objective at hand will be more simpler in theory than in practice due to the fact that Prajanchai is also fresh off a successful comeback. In January of 2018, the 28-year-old delivered a devastating knockout blow to his longtime adversary Kompetch Sitsarawatsuer during the first Friday Fights event.

Will Sam-A be able to exact his revenge? Or will the living legend allow Prajanchai to make it 2-0 in their matchup? The next installment of ONE Friday Fights cannot come soon enough.
