However, in the months that followed, the world of combat sports was filled with rumors and conjecture that ‘Gamebred’ could be able to participate once more in the competitive arena of combat sports dominance.

The previous month, in January 2024, Ariel Helwani stated that there had been conversations regarding a boxing match between Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal. This is relevant to the topic at hand. There is a strong possibility that the rumored confrontation may take place later on in this year. In addition, Helwani mentioned that Zach Rosenfield, who is Diaz’s representative, did not confirm or refute the reports whatsoever.
Meanwhile, as stated by TMZ, Masvidal refused to issue confirmation or rejection regarding to the probable matchup.
