Superbon makes a solemn oath that he will never fall down again.

Published:

Superbon Singha Mawynn was left feeling humiliated and devastated after being knocked out in his most recent battle. He has vowed to never put himself through an ordeal like that again.

The Singha Mawynn Muay Thai star, who is 32 years old, was knocked out in the second round of their title fight in January, and as a result, he was stripped of the ONE featherweight kickboxing world title. Chingiz Allazov, who is now the king of the division, was remarkable in knocking him out.

The Armenian juggernaut attacked from all angles, which Superbon had a terrible time defending against. The fight came to a head when the Armenian juggernaut landed a straight right hand halfway through the second round, which knocked out the defending champion quickly and ended the fight.

The Thai celebrity remarked that it was an awful way to end one’s life and that he would prefer to avoid going through something similar again if he can help it.

Superbon is making sure that he is completely ready for anything and everything when he makes his return to action this week at ONE Fight Night 11 on Prime Video in Bangkok. He is armed with the knowledge that he gained from the unpleasant experience.

During an interview with the South China Morning Post, he stated as follows:

“Yes. I have a healthy amount of respect for them because of the speed and force of their punches. On the other hand, I was well ready for that. I’m not going to let myself be brought to my knees anymore.” [2:10 onwards]
Take a look at the interview down below:

At ONE Fight Night 11, which will take place at the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, the featured featherweight kickboxing matchup will pit Dutch-Turkish boxer Tayfun Ozcan against Superbon. The fight will take place at the featherweight division.

After suffering a defeat at the hands of Marat Grigorian via a unanimous decision in his most recent bout, ‘Turbine’ is looking to regain his standing as a contender for the title of former champion of the division.

Tayfun Ozcan, who is 31 years old and is currently ranked as the No. 5 contender in the weight class, believes that a victory in his forthcoming bout will go a long way toward helping him climb the rankings and gain consideration for a title chance.

ONE Fight Night 11 is broadcast during prime time in the United States and is offered at no additional cost to Prime Video customers in North America.
