“The Iron Man” Rodtang Jitmuangnon, who holds the title of reigning and undisputed ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion, is getting ready for what is likely to be the most important bout of his professional career thus far. On the other hand, he can’t help but get pumped up for yet another major Muay Thai fight that’s coming up in the near future.

At ONE Fight Night 15 in October, the current holder of the ONE featherweight Muay Thai world championship, Tawanchai PK Saenchai, will compete against Superbon Singha Mawynn, who is a past holder of the ONE featherweight kickboxing world championship. The title that Tawanchai has in the featherweight division of Muay Thai will be at stake.

Rodtang is ecstatic to see the departure of two of his fellow Thai countrymen for the battlefield. He is so excited that he can hardly restrain himself.

In a recent interview with ONE Championship, Rodtang discussed his perspectives on the forthcoming fight between these two competitors.

The Iron Man had this to say:

“Count me among those who are quite interested in watching this fight. The bout between Superbon and Tawanchai pits two technical boxers against one another. It’s not every day that you get to witness a match like this.”

On October 6, ONE Fight Night 15: Tawanchai vs. Superbon will be broadcast live on Prime Video from the legendary Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand. Amazon Prime Video offers subscribers in the United States and Canada the opportunity to watch all of the action at no additional cost.

On the other hand, Rodtang is in for his very own megafight even before Tawanchai and Superbon face off against one another.

It is planned that Rodtang would defend his ONE flyweight Muay Thai title against ‘The Kicking Machine’ Superlek Kiatmoo9, who is the world champion in his weight class in ONE flyweight kickboxing.

On September 22, during primetime in Asia, these two will face one other in the main event of ONE Friday Fights 34. In addition to being viewable on the ONE Super App and the official ONE Championship channel on YouTube, it is also viewable on additional digital platforms.
