Rodtang Jitmuangnon gives compliments to Chatri Sityodtong


Since joining ONE Championship in 2018, Rodtang Jitmuangnon’s life has undergone a dramatic transformation for the better, and he is extremely thankful to the organisation and, in particular, to Chatri Sityodtong, the promotion’s CEO and Chairman, for the chances they have provided him with.Since he began his journey with ONE over five years ago, “The Iron Man” has scaled numerous mountains, including becoming widely acknowledged as the best Muay Thai fighter in the world and capturing the world title for the flyweight division of the ONE Muay Thai Championship.Recently, Rodtang added to his legendary status by successfully defending his world title for the second time in his United States debut at ONE Fight Night 10, which was shown on Prime Video on May 5.

The Thai superstar supplied one of the highlight finishes at ONE’s inaugural live on-ground event in the United States. He knocked out Mexican challenger Edgar Tabares with an elbow strike in the second round of one of the three world title fights that were included in the momentous programme. The fight was for one of the world titles.

Following his amazing victory, which improved his record to 14-0 in all-striking contests, ‘The Iron Man’ took the opportunity to pay credit to Sityodtong and the promotion for helping him grow his profession and improve his life. He thanked Sityodtong and the promotion for their assistance.

During the post-fight interview that took place within the circle, the Jitmuangnon Gym affiliate stated:

As the competition continues, ‘The Iron Man’ is keeping an eye out for other victories inside the campaign. The acquisition of the ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world title, which currently belongs to the recently minted champion Jonathan Haggerty of the United Kingdom, is of the utmost importance.

He is also thinking about getting involved in mixed martial arts at some point in the future.
