Mikey Musumeci, also known as the Flyweight Submission Grappling King, displays his mixed martial arts skills in a video from his infancy.

Published:

Mikey Musumeci, the reigning ONE flyweight submission grappling world champion, recently shared an old video of himself practicing his mixed martial arts abilities with his father. In the video, Musumeci can be seen demonstrating his deep-seated passion for other forms of combat sports.

This is the caption that Musumeci put for the short video clip that he uploaded to his Instagram account:

“When I was a kid, my dad and I trained in mixed martial arts! Indulge in the sight of my double leg and thigh drag 🤣🤣!! My inner child will never be lost, and I will continue to be the same Mikey that I was back then. ❤️😊

During the course of the film, ‘Darth Rigatoni’ was seen performing a double leg and then fast jumping to a half guard position in order to convert into an armbar submission on his father. After that, he attempted a double leg takedown once more, but this time he moved into a full guard position in order to slide into another choke submission.

A mixed martial arts (MMA) bout between Musumeci and ONE Championship could take place this year, according to the publishing of the video by Musumeci. In submission grappling, he has successfully dominated the sport by becoming the uncontested king of the division and successfully defending his golden belt at the weight of 26 pounds during several matches.

Shinya Aoki, Masakazu Imanari, Cleber Sousa, Gantumur Bayanduuren, Osamah Almarwai, and Jarred Brooks are among the fighters that the Evolve Mixed Martial Arts representative has defeated in all six of the battles that have taken place under the umbrella of the world’s greatest martial arts organization.

Furthermore, Musumeci relocated to Thailand in the year 2023 in order to begin developing his striking abilities through the practice of Muay Thai and to equip himself with the skills that would be necessary for his future transfer to mixed martial arts.

Mikey Musumeci calls out internet personality Sneako for his comments about him

The online personality Sneako made a few negative comments about Musumeci and the sport of jiu-jitsu in one of his streams last month. He stated that “Jiu-Jitsu is for autistic people” and that Musumeci “shouldn’t be winning” against Aoki in his match at ONE Fight Night 15 because “he looks like Mark Zuckerberg.” Musumeci did not win the match.

As a result of these disrespectful words, the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu superstar, who is 28 years old, has called Sneako out and even challenged him to a mixed martial arts fighter bout. The social media personality, on the other hand, was not going to have any of it and refused to consent to fight with Musumeci.
