Laughter breaks out among UFC fans as Khamzat Chimaev attempts to feed a bear within an enclosure.

Published:

Khamzat Chimaev, a star of the UFC, posted a picture of himself with a bear on Instagram and captioned it “feeding.” The Swede who was born in Chechnya uploaded a picture of himself crouching down next to a bear along with the caption:

“My friend”

According to the reports, this took place in the United Arab Emirates. There are additional videos of Khamzat interacting with the bear that have been uploaded to the internet.

The image seems to attract the attention of his supporters as well, with some of them almost instantly seeing parallels between the bear and the one that former UFC champion Khabib Nurmagomedov battled in the video that is now widely known.

One user, @jayhllk said:

“Bro had a conversation with Khabib’s training partner”
Another user by the name of @khaledbeydoun, who is a well-known author, said:

“Let’s take it easy on him, brother.”
Another user by the name of @tsesannn made a clear comparison between the bear and Khabib, saying:

“What’s Khabib doing over there?”
A significant number of other people expressed their approval of Khamzat and responded favorably to the message. Despite the fact that he hasn’t competed in a fight for a considerable amount of time, it appears as though he hasn’t lost his reputation as one of the UFC’s biggest celebrities. He has an incredible following of 5.3 million people on Instagram.

Kamaru Usman may be Khamzat Chimaev’s next opponent

Both Khamzat ‘Borz’ Chimaev and Kamaru Usman have been exchanging tweets, and it appears that they have come to an agreement that they will compete against one another in the future.

The fight is beneficial for both of the combatants involved. A victory for Chimaev over Usman, a previous champion who held the title for a significant amount of time, would send a message that he is prepared to compete with the best in the sport. Chimaev may be the biggest name available, both financially and in terms of the championship picture for Usman, who is coming off of two consecutive losses to Leon Edwards. Usman stands to gain the most by fighting Chimaev.

Reports indicate that Usman went so far as to walk into the UFC office and request the bout in person. As of right now, the fact that Chimaev wants to move up to 185 pounds appears to be the largest monkey wrench in the works, especially considering that Dana White has stated that he does not want to make the fight at a catchweight. If Khamzat Chimaev is willing to make the weight cut back down to 170 pounds, there is a good chance that he will fight Usman sooner rather than later.
