Jamahal Hill address UFC fans accusing him of being an ardent Andrew Tate supporter (Exclusive)

After being declared the undisputed UFC light heavyweight title at UFC 283, Jamahal Hill is ecstatic. In just eight fights with the company, the American completed the feat and became the first fighter signed to Dana White’s Contender Series to take home a UFC championship belt.

Given that he tweeted Andrew Tate’s video showcasing the reality of a modern guy with the remark “Top G don’t miss cash,” Hill seems to be a fervent fan of the divisive influencer. In connection with an inquiry into rape and people trafficking, Tate is now detained in Romania.

In a recent exclusive interview with James Lynch of Sportskeeda MMA, Jamahal Hill addressed the idea that he is a fervent Tate supporter. Hill asserted that despite people’s efforts to damage his reputation now that he is a champion, he is not surprised by them:

“That happens rather frequently, I guess. They just state that you are a fan after you see a clip in which someone says something that you find to be very logical. It could be a message that people are unable to hear. They simply grab things and run with them as far as they want to.”

People are aware of the things that cause reactions or triggers in others. In reality, people don’t seek for facts. To turn people against you, they simply want to associate your name with anything offensive.

Jamahal Hill responds to Ariel Helwani gaslighting him by bringing up the Dana White wife-slap incident

In an interview with Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour following his convincing title win over Glover Teixeira at UFC 283, Jamahal Hill discussed his title triumph. Helwani was criticised by “Sweet Dreams” for continuing to promote Jiri Prochazka as the best light heavyweight despite Hill’s victory.

Helwani brought up Jamaal Hill’s defence of UFC President Dana White slapping his wife on New Year’s Eve during their discussion again and time again. The biggest MMA story at the start of the year was White’s response to his wife slapping him first.

In reaction to Helwani’s attempts to bring up Hill’s comments supporting the UFC president in the aforementioned exclusive interview with Sportskeeda MMA, “Sweet Dreams” made a statement. He declared:

“It was utterly arbitrary. He’s found a way to tie my name into that circumstance because he really wants to make Dana seem terrible. Now that I think about it, a lot of the reasons he didn’t want to give me credit make sense.”
