It is planned that the team of Khabib Nurmagomedov will compete against B-Team Jiu-Jitsu, which is commanded by three dangerous grapplers named Craig Jones, Nicky Ryan, and Nicky Rodriguez. Kazakhstan is the location that will play host to the event; however, the specific date has not yet been decided upon.
Nicky Rodriguez, Ethan Crelinsten, and Damien Anderson are all professional grapplers who practice and coach at B-Team Jiu-Jitsu. The revelation was shared during a recent edition of The Simple Man Podcast, which was hosted by the three men. In episode No. 26 of their podcast, Crelinsten made the following statement:
“It’s a competition for teams in Kazakhstan. The B-Team faces off against Khabib Nurmagomedov’s team in this bout. That is not the case [Khabib is not a member of the team], as crazy as that sounds. He is serving as a coach.
The conversation was then continued by Nicky Rodriguez, who stated:
Would you fight a Khabib that weighed 200 pounds?
In response, Ethan Crelinsten said:
“I would, but that is completely insane! However, he most likely has a lot of talent.”

After announcing his retirement from the sport in 2020, Khabib Nurmagomedov began working at the American Kickboxing Academy as a co-head coach shortly thereafter. He has also trained alongside a number of other competitors, one of them is a challenger for the welterweight crown named Belal Muhammad.
As of right now, it is unknown who from Nurmagomedov’s team will compete at the event in Kazakhstan, despite the fact that there is a multitude of high-level grapplers from which to choose.
Georges St-Pierre weighs in on Conor McGregor’s trash-talk versus Khabib Nurmagomedov
The feud between Khabib Nurmagomedov and Conor McGregor is widely regarded as the most bitter in the history of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).
The conflict between them was sparked by an altercation that took place between ‘The Eagle’ and Artem Lobov, one of McGregor’s old training partners.
The Irishman unleashed a rant against Nurmagomedov and his family, which irritated ‘The Eagle’ to the point that he stormed Conor McGregor’s corner after their fight at UFC 229.
A bona fide MMA legend named Georges St-Pierre gave his take on Conor McGregor’s trash-talk directed at Khabib Nurmagomedov in a recent episode of the Full Send Podcast. He said:
“Take a look at what can happen when people start talking about the other guy’s family; things can quickly get out of hand.” I believe that it goes too far, but there are no rules because it’s a war game and anyone might perish out there. People will resort to any means necessary in order to contact you.
St-Pierre continued:
“There are those individuals who will do all in their power to drive you insane, and they will not hesitate to cross that line… Everyone is different, and there is no right or wrong way to behave in this manner. When some individuals do this, they disclose their private lives and other things, but when you do something like that, it’s like putting all your cards on the table.
