In what was probably one of the UFC’s deadliest rivalries, Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov fought inside the cage more than four years ago. But the rivalry between the two is still fierce, and the two sides still hate one another, occasionally even exchanging insults online.
Conor McGregor is known for his extended Twitter rants against other fighters, his rivals, and most lately USADA, which are well-known to fight fans. The Notorious criticized Javier Mendez and Firas Zahabi, the coaches of Khabib Nurmagomedov and Georges St-Pierre, in a vulgar tweet.
He said that Straight Blast Gym is the ideal place to perfect MMA talents and that his head coach, John Kavanagh, is reinventing the sport in his concluding tweet.Conor McGregor was criticized by Ali Abdelaziz, the manager of Nurmagomedov, who has engaged in lengthy discussions with the Irishman in the past, for disrespecting well-known MMA teachers.Conor McGregor is still looking for retribution against Khabib Nurmagomedov for the Dagestani’s fourth-round submission loss. In response to Abdelaziz’s post, McGregor brought up the incident in which the Irishman flew on a private jet to avenge Nurmagomedov for hitting his teammate Artem Lobov. McGregor wrote: “Hey, sht stain on the game, I’m talking as of now it is beginning to bare fruit,” in reference to the historic bus incident. On TUF [The Ultimate Fighter], we defeated their combat strategy. It is secured. It makes sense why [Nurmagomedov] hurried in his sht pants. There is no longer any rivalry. The style’s leader is too obese a bch and too terrified to compete once more. Therefore, we triumph. With us, you cannot compete. Watch, you rat-baard, and observe.

Conor McGregor will meet Michael Chandler in the octagon later this year after a break of more than two years. For the potential matchup between the two competing coaches on the future season of The Ultimate Fighter, McGregor predicts enormous pay-per-view numbers.
