Mikey Musumeci, the current world champion in the flyweight division of submission grappling for ONE Championship, is without a doubt one of the nicest individuals in the sporting world. On the other hand, he will not allow someone to disrespect him or the sport that he adores yet still get away with it.
As can be seen in a rant that has since gone viral and was posted on Musumeci’s Instagram page, the normally calm and cool BJJ master was visibly furious and called out the controversial Rumble streamer Nico Kenn De Ballinthazy, who is known online as “Sneako.”
In reaction to the influencer’s livestream, in which he openly criticized Musumeci and even had some insulting things to say about Brazilian jiu-jitsu in general, there was a response. Because Musumeci was so enraged, he even issued a challenge to Sneako, who is also involved in boxing, to compete in a mixed martial arts match.
According to “Darth Rigatoni,”
I’m going to talk about bullies today, so let’s get started. People that bully others are weak individuals who make fun of those around them in order to give themselves a sense of significance and to feel good about themselves. They focus on the differences that exist among people, which include the most attractive aspect of human beings: their individuality. Bullies are something that I absolutely dislike, men.
Additions were made by the five-time IBJJF world champion:
“There is this guy named Sneako who is making fun of me, making fun of my friend, and making fun of jiu-jitsu. I’m a jiu-jitsu person, although he labels himself a boxer at the moment. Let’s get into a mixed martial arts fight. I will battle Sneako in a mixed martial arts match. I am going to put an end to his libelous behavior and steal the bully’s lunch money.
What did Sneako say that earned the ire of Mikey Musumeci?
It is undeniable that Sneako has made a life off of his outspoken and even borderline objectionable opinions expressed on the internet, which has in some way gained him internet notoriety.
The online personality recently responded to a video clip of Musumeci’s victory over Shinya Aoki, and his unpleasant commentary caused a great deal of controversy.
The crude statement that he made was, “Jiu-jitsu is for people who have autism.”
Sneako continued by making fun of Musumeci’s manner of speech, adding:
“He has the appearance of Mark Zuckerberg. He has no right to be victorious.”
Take a look at the contentious commentary that has drawn a response from the BJJ royalty, Tom De Blass, which can be found below:
There is little doubt that Sneako has recently established himself as the most prominent adversary in the jiu-jitsu scene.
