Bo Nickal, according to Khamzat Chimaev, is “stupid” and not prepared to face him.

Bo Nickal claims that if they fought, he would defeat Khamzat Chimaev. In a recent response to Nickal’s remarks, the No. 3 welterweight asserted that the middleweight prospect was not prepared to fight him.Maybe one day we’ll cross paths. He is a skilled fighter, although I didn’t witness much. We shall see in three years. Maybe we’ll compete for the crown when I’m older. I can’t fight him yet, and neither can he. He didn’t fully develop into a fighter. I’m going to defeat that man in three rounds if they put him up against me right now. If they detain me, we’ll have a good time fighting for everyone.

Khamzat Chimaev laughed it off when Helwani said that Bo Nickal thinks he can defeat him today. He said:

If he thinks that way, “He has to be stupid, brother.”
The following are Khamzat Chimaev’s remarks regarding Bo Nickal:

Chimaev previously competed in the welterweight class, but he has hinted that he will be going up to Nickal’s middleweight division. It is obvious that “Borz” is open to a match in the future, even though a fight between the two is now doubtful because they are at different stages of their UFC careers.

Khamzat Chimaev claims that he has accepted fights with multiple contenders

Over a year has passed since Khamzat Chimaev last competed. The third-ranked welterweight recently asserted that this is not his fault because he has agreed to fight three of the UFC’s top contenders. ‘Borz’ recently said the following on The MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani:

“I welcome all conflicts, but conflicts seldom arise. Colby, Alex Pereira, and Whittaker were those people. I accept all of the fights, but since they didn’t occur, I have no idea what’s going on or what I should be expecting. I believe I have agreed to three or four battles.

Colby Covington, the No. 2-ranked welterweight, allegedly turned down repeated offers to fight, despite Chimaev’s claims to the contrary. He said that the first time ‘Chaos’ mentioned him was the day after it was revealed he would be switching to middleweight. ‘Borz’ revealed that he is willing to reduce weight to 170 pounds if Covington is now willing to accept the fight despite his ambitions to move up a class.
