Danial Williams, despite the fact that he may be one of the most flexible fighters in all of ONE Championship, prioritizes training in the art of eight limbs over all other disciplines.
The illustrious Lumpinee Boxing Stadium will play host to “Mini T’s” comeback on October 6, but this time it won’t be for a Muay Thai bout. This time, Williams will fight Jonathan Di Bell for the title of ONE Strawweight Kickboxing World Champion using eight-ounce gloves. Di Bell is the current holder of the title. The two will be featured as part of an impressive roster at ONE Fight Night 15, which will be broadcast on Prime Video.
Danial Williams disclosed, only a few weeks before their highly anticipated championship fight in Thailand’s most renowned stadium, that Muay Thai is the martial art that he loves to train in, considering his extensive involvement with the sport:
“The routines and Muay Thai, it’s all ingrained in me so it’s definitely the most manageable to train,” Williams said in an interview with ONE Championship.

Danial Williams is going into his fight with Di Bella with the intention of making a significant step toward his ultimate ambition of becoming a world champion in all three of ONE Championship’s combat sports. If ‘Mini T’ is successful at ONE Fight Night 15, he will walk away with his first 26-pound gold belt while also dealing Di Bella his first defeat of his professional career.
Jonathan Di Bella, Williams’ opponent, made quite the splash in the organization when he made his debut in 2022. He defeated ‘Fighting Rooster’ Zhang Peimian to win the ONE strawweight kickboxing title and improved his record to 11-0. Williams is currently undefeated. Will he make it 12 wins in a row against Danial Williams, or will ‘Mini T’ walk away from the Mecca of Muay Thai as the world champion?
On October 6, during primetime in the United States, Amazon Prime Video users in North America will be able to watch all of the action from ONE Fight Night 15 live and for free.
