Conor McGregor sets a hilarious challenge for teammate on latter’s birthday

Conor McGregor chose to greet his teammate a happy birthday and issue him a drinking challenge for the occasion because it is Peter Queally’s birthday today.

Together, McGregor and Queally exercise at Dublin, Ireland’s Straight Blast Gym. The two have been close friends with “The Showstopper,” who they frequently thank for their mental toughness. The Notorious quoted a fan page on Twitter in which he wished Queally a happy birthday on his 34th birthday.

Happy Birthday, @peterqueally [glasses clinking emoji]! [Emoji for party popper] [heart emoji in red] In allusion to his Irish whisky label Proper No. Twelve, McGregor added a drinking challenge, urging Queally to down a full bottle of proper whisky.

“Stop! Happy birthday, show! Stopping shops at one convenient location. (Drink the entire bottle of fine whisky and attempt to speak quickly.)

Peter Queally, a current Bellator competitor, lost his previous two fights and only competed once in 2017. Following a defeat to Patricky Freire in a title match for the vacant lightweight championship in 2021, a defeat to previous champion Benson Henderson in 2022 was experienced.

At Bellator 291 at the 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland, “The Showstopper” will square off against Bryce Logan in front of his home fans. When fight night comes around on February 25, Queally will be looking to snap his two-bout losing streak.

Conor McGregor addresses reports of him bumping off TUF participants for his own fighters

Conor McGregor will coach on Season 31 of The Ultimate Fighter before making his comeback to the octagon. Before they face off in the finale, he will battle coach Michael Chandler.

After competing against Urijah Faber in 2015, this will be McGregor’s second stint as a coach on The Ultimate Fighter. The Irishman is alleged to have substituted boxers from his own team for competitors in the upcoming episode of the show.

Chris Curtis, a middleweight in the UFC, criticised McGregor on Twitter for his conduct:
Curtis received a resounding response from Conor McGregor debunking the claims.

“@Actionman513 It’s untrue. There is just one guy on this show that I know, and he applied for it. And he will now face the top seed after today! I made neither a request nor a request! And I most certainly didn’t remove anyone. F*ck off, I’m just trying to rejoin the fray myself.”
In true McGregor form, the tweet was later removed.
