Ariel Helwani claims that the Frenchman’s new UFC contract provided him with an additional financial incentive to agree to a matchup against “Bones.” Due to their disputes with previous champion Francis Ngannou over fighter compensation, the organisation may have decided that doing so was wise.
The contract indicates that you will be paid X if you compete against Jon Jones, just like it does in many other contracts. He has a clause in his contract that reads, “If you beat Jon Jones, you’ll get paid X.
This obscure clause in Gane’s contract demonstrates how highly the organisation regards Jones as one of its spokespersons, particularly in light of former heavyweight champion Ngannou’s contentious retirement.
Andrew Tate reveals who will be allowed to visit him in jail
In connection with an investigation into charges of human trafficking and other sex-related offences, Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan were both detained last month. Since then, Tate hasn’t displayed any symptoms of regret or guilt and has been blaming “the Matrix” for his predicament.
He recently revealed in a tweet that he had applied for jail visitation. According to Tate’s tweet, Twitch streamer and YouTuber Adin Ross is on the list in addition to his lawyer and four family members.
Tate and Ross have been pals for a while and have worked together to create videos. In a recent interview, Ross stated that his friendship with Tate was suffering because of his legal troubles.
In her upcoming fight, Valentina Shevchenko, who recently defeated Taila Santos by a razor-thin margin, will defend her flyweight title for the ninth time. On March 4, 2023, she will compete against Alexa Grasso at UFC 285. ESPN Deportes’ Carlos Contreras Legaspi broke the news first.
As the first female fighter of Mexican descent to take part in a UFC title battle, Grasso, who is currently rated No. 4 in the division, will make history. In 2020, she increased her weight to 125 pounds, where she has since won all of her fights against Ji Yeon Kim, Maycee Barber, Joanne Wood, and Viviane Araujo.
