Currently being tried for rape and human trafficking in Romania is Andrew Tate. Recently, the self-described misogynist gave a thorough account of his typical days in jail.
Although being imprisoned, “Cobra” claimed to be quite productive, and he chastised his followers for not doing enough despite having the means to do so. Tate claims that every day, in addition to answering hundreds of mails, he performs 500 push-ups and squats, walks 10 kilometres, and uses the “Tiger Paw” technique. The 36-year-old tweeted as follows:
“I have very little discretionary power. I squat 500 times per day. 500 sit-ups. practise using my tiger paw manoeuvre. 10 miles of walking. Create and finish teaching materials for pupils inside The Real World. Read and reply to a large number of letters.”
Tate, who declared his conversion to Islam last year, additionally stated that he usually engaged in “strict lengthy meditation” before prayer and Quran reading. ‘Cobra’ continued: “Pray and read the Qur’an. I’ll start my day of serious, lengthy meditation after that. You are completely free to walk about. At your fingers, there is an infinite amount of information.”
Then, Andrew Tate shamed his supporters for not being more effective than a man in a prison cell. Also, he included a link to his own website, which appears to set up aimless people with “war preparations.”
Andrew Tate’s arrest: Detention extended for the third-time
In December, Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan were detained for coercing victims into pornography after enticing them with claims of romance and marriage.
The investigation’s lead organisation, DIICOT, requested an extension of detention, which was granted. The courts used the defendants’ ability to “exercise persistent psychological power over the victims” to support the earlier extension.
The 30-day period of their incarceration, which had originally been maintained until February 27, has now been extended. According to Tate’s attorney, no fresh evidence was offered to back up the prolonged imprisonment.
Georgiana Naghel and Luana Radu, two Romanian women who were detained with the brothers, will be let out and placed under house arrest.
